Leadwise CRM is a product of SynapseLoop, a sole proprietorship operated by Siddhant Sharma.
These Terms govern access to Leadwise CRM, its websites, CRM functions, built-in AI, integrations, connectors, APIs, and related services. “SynapseLoop,” “Leadwise,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Provider” refer to Siddhant Sharma carrying on business under the SynapseLoop trade name. “Customer” means the person or organization responsible for a workspace. “User” means an individual authorized to access it.
1. Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using Leadwise, every User personally agrees to these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. A person accepting as a workspace owner or administrator represents that they have authority to bind the Customer organization.
Every User represents that they are authorized to access the workspace and to view, submit, import, process, or disclose the organizational data they use. A User without authority to bind the organization binds only themselves.
After a material update, an authorized workspace owner must accept the current documents before any User can access the CRM. Every other User must then record individual acceptance before their access is restored.
2. Service and accounts
Leadwise is an AI-native CRM that may provide lead, account, contact, deal, task, note, activity, pipeline, report, import, export, customer-context, AI-insight, approval-controlled action, integration, and Model Context Protocol functionality. Features depend on plan, deployment, configuration, role, providers, and usage limits.
Customers are responsible for selecting authorized Users, assigning permissions, removing obsolete access, supervising Users and connected clients, protecting accounts and credentials, and maintaining an authorized workspace owner.
3. Trial, plans, seats, and payment
A new workspace may receive a 30-day free trial for up to 10 Users. Standard pricing is ₹1,000 per purchased seat per month for 1–10 seats. Eleven or more seats require custom terms. Payments may initially be verified manually, and taxes may be added where required.
When a trial or paid period ends, the workspace may become read-only. Authorized Users may view existing information and export supported information where their role permits. Writes, imports, synchronization, new AI processing, automations, and background processing may stop.
If fewer seats are purchased than were used during trial, an administrator must explicitly select retained members. Payments are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or SynapseLoop agrees in writing.
4. Customer Data
As between the Customer and Leadwise, the Customer retains its rights in Customer Data. The Customer grants Leadwise a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display it as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and operate the service, maintain appropriate backups and audit records, diagnose faults, and comply with law.
The Customer and each User represent that they possess all rights, permissions, notices, consents, and lawful authority required for information they submit, import, connect, disclose, or instruct Leadwise to process. Leadwise does not independently determine whether the Customer was entitled to collect each record.
5. Built-in AI
Leadwise selects the third-party providers, models, routing arrangements, and configurations used for built-in AI insights, summaries, scores, drafts, research, recommendations, and proposed actions.
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable. Customers and Users are responsible for reviewing outputs, validating facts, deciding whether to rely on them, and approving resulting communications or changes.
Depending on the selected provider, model, routing decision, configuration, and provider terms, inputs and outputs may be retained, analyzed for security or quality, evaluated, used to improve services, fine-tuned upon, or used for training. Leadwise does not promise universal zero retention or no training unless expressly confirmed in writing for the applicable configuration.
Leadwise does not guarantee sales, revenue, deal closure, conversion, forecast accuracy, or another commercial result. AI remains subject to reasonable system usage and fair-use limits.
6. Customer-connected AI and MCP
Customers and Users may authorize independent AI clients, agents, plugins, or MCP connections. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, retention rules, security, and training practices.
The Customer is responsible for selecting, configuring, supervising, and revoking them; reviewing permissions; deciding what data to expose; protecting credentials; and reviewing resulting output and actions.
Instructions received through an authenticated and authorized User, credential, connector, or MCP client are treated as Customer instructions. The Customer is responsible for operations it or its Users authorize or approve.
Leadwise is not responsible for an independent third party changing its model, output, policies, retention, training, availability, or security. This does not exclude responsibility for a proven failure in Leadwise’s own tenancy, authentication, authorization, or displayed approval controls where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. External email import
An authorized MCP client may use external-email import to submit bounded Customer-supplied email metadata, excerpts, generated summaries, provenance, participants, identifiers, timestamps, links, and CRM matching context. The external-email import does not sign in to Gmail or fetch a mailbox on Leadwise’s behalf.
Accepted information becomes Customer Data stored under the Customer’s instruction and applicable visibility rules. The Customer is responsible for authority to retrieve and import it and for its legality, accuracy, content, source, intended recipients, and use.
Leadwise remains responsible for its stated workspace isolation, access controls, retention behavior, and reasonable security measures for information it accepts and stores.
8. Gmail and Calendar availability
Native Gmail and Google Calendar integrations are currently disabled and unavailable. Leadwise may later offer connectivity through approved MCP connectors or enabled native integrations. Availability depends on deployment, plan, provider, permissions, and feature flags.
No production Calendar-import MCP capability is offered in this release. If native Gmail is enabled later, supported AI email actions remain draft-only through approval and Leadwise will not automatically send Gmail messages. If native Calendar is enabled later, synchronization remains read-only except for explicit authorized Add Meeting creation. AI and unattended processes will not create, update, cancel, or delete Calendar events.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, another person’s rights, or process information without authority.
- Do not send spam, introduce malware, disrupt the service, or bypass authentication, permissions, billing, safety, or workspace boundaries.
- Do not conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or unauthorized competitive extraction.
10. Third-party services and security
Leadwise may rely on hosting, identity, CRM, communication, infrastructure, and AI providers. We do not guarantee an independent service’s continued availability or behavior.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data. No online system guarantees absolute security. Customers must configure permissions, supervise clients, protect credentials, remove former Users, and report suspected compromise to hello@synapseloop.in.
11. Intellectual property and availability
Leadwise, SynapseLoop, and their software, designs, documentation, branding, and technology remain owned by the operator or applicable licensors. Customers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable period.
Leadwise may maintain, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a feature, compatibility with every provider, or recovery of every item of data.
12. Suspension, export, deletion, and retention
We may suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, unpaid fees, provider restriction, or legal requirements. Workspace deletion requires a verified request from an authorized Customer representative. Expiry, suspension, or cancellation does not automatically delete Customer Data.
Authorized Users may export supported information where role and status permit. Following a verified deletion request, Leadwise will delete or de-identify Customer Data according to applicable law and retention practices. Limited information may remain in protected backups, security logs, billing records, legal-acceptance records, fraud-prevention records, and other reasonably or legally required records.
13. Customer indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SynapseLoop, Leadwise, the proprietor, and their contractors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from unauthorized Customer Data; Customer or User instructions; activity through Customer-authorized accounts or clients; unlawful communications or processing; reliance on AI output; violation of these Terms; or violation of another person’s rights, subject to notice and reasonable cooperation.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadwise is provided “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that every error will be corrected, all data recovered, AI output accurate, third-party services available, or use commercially successful.
Nothing excludes a warranty or obligation that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynapseLoop, Leadwise, the proprietor, and their contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, sales, opportunity, savings, goodwill, reputation, customers, business continuity, use, or data.
Leadwise will not be liable for loss arising from inaccurate AI output; failure to review output; Customer-approved actions; independent model behavior; Customer-authorized accounts, credentials, connectors, or MCP clients; or independent third-party availability, security, output, retention, training, and policy changes, except to the extent directly caused by a proven failure of Leadwise’s reasonable security, tenancy, authorization, or approval controls.
For a paid service, maximum cumulative aggregate contractual liability will not exceed subscription fees actually received for the affected service during the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the first claim. This is one cap across connected events, claims, Users, records, and legal theories.
For a free trial, pilot, complimentary service, evaluation period, or other service for which no fee was paid, maximum aggregate contractual monetary liability is ₹0. If law does not permit a zero cap for a claim, liability is limited to the lowest amount legally permitted.
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or a regulator’s non-waivable powers. A claimant must mitigate avoidable loss and provide reasonably prompt notice. Pricing reflects this allocation of risk; a different cap may be negotiated through a separately priced written agreement. These limitations survive expiry, suspension, cancellation, and termination.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory law, courts having competent jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with Leadwise or these Terms.
17. Changes and contact
A material update may lock the workspace until an authorized workspace owner accepts for the Customer. Each other User must then individually accept before using the CRM. During the pending state, only authentication, legal review, acceptance, and sign-out remain available.
General enquiries, privacy requests, grievances, security reports, and legal notices may be sent to hello@synapseloop.in. Formal operator information will be provided where applicable law requires it.
