What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
If your workspace trial or subscription period expires, your workspace transitions into read-only access. You and your authorized team members can continue to view existing CRM records and export all your data via CSV/Excel at any time. LeadWise never deletes or archives your customer records upon expiry.
How does AI metering work?
AI features are included across all plans, subject to reasonable system usage limits. Usage allowances reset each billing cycle and operate independently from core CRM operations. Even if AI usage limits are reached, active CRM reads and writes continue uninterrupted.
Can I adjust seat count when converting from trial to paid?
Yes. When moving to a paid plan, workspace administrators can designate retained members and resolve invitations in workspace settings. Historical records created by all members remain completely intact.
