Trouble connecting an AI assistant?

  1. Check that you can log in to LeadWise in your browser.
  2. In your AI assistant, disconnect LeadWise. In LeadWise Settings, revoke that assistant’s connection.
  3. Connect again and review the requested permissions before approving.
  4. If it still fails, tell us which assistant you use, when the error occurred, and the error message. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or cookies.
